Frequently asked questions
What minimum quantities do you collect?
We assess each request by type, volume and location. Send us the details and we reply with a pickup proposal.
Do I need to sort the waste before handover?
Not necessarily. It helps to separate working from faulty equipment and tell us the main types; we do the final sorting.
Do you collect e-waste in Bucharest and Ilfov?
Yes. We serve the capital and all of Ilfov County, scheduled according to volume.
What documents do I get for ESG reporting?
Transport and handover documents, records by category and, for secure destruction, a destruction record. They support your own records; reporting remains your company’s responsibility.
