3. Purpose of the site
The site presents the Company's services for collecting, treating and recycling waste electrical and electronic equipment (WEEE), EV batteries, solar panels, secure IT equipment destruction and recovery of non-ferrous metals, in Romania and internationally. Content is informational and commercial in nature and does not constitute a binding offer until confirmed in writing by the Company.
4. Use of the site
You agree to use the site lawfully and in good faith and not to take any action that could affect its operation (introducing viruses, automated scraping of content, unauthorised access to systems).
5. Intellectual property
The site's content (text, structure, graphics, logo, visual identity elements) belongs to the Company or its partners and is protected under copyright and industrial property law.
